GUNZ: Equipment and Armor in the Duel
In GUNZ, players have access to a wide array of equipment that greatly influences their combat capabilities and playstyle. From various firearms to explosive grenades and enchantments, understanding and choosing the right equipment is crucial for success in this fast-paced online game. Here's an overview of the different types of equipment you can find in GUNZ:
Firearms:
GUNZ features a variety of firearms, including Shotguns, Revolvers, Pistols, Rifles, Submachine Guns, Machine Guns, and Rocket Launchers.
Each firearm has unique characteristics, such as damage, range, and firing rate, allowing players to choose the weapon that best suits their playstyle.
Melee Weapons:
Kodachis (Dual Swords): Kodachis are melee weapons that weigh more than katanas but have smaller delays between attacks. They excel in quick and continuous strikes.
Daggers: Daggers are the lightest and fastest melee weapons in the game. They are ideal for rapid attacks but deal lower damage and lack guarding capabilities.
Swords: Swords offer a balanced melee weapon option, with moderate weight, damage, and attack speed.
Large Swords: Large Swords are heavy and slow melee weapons with high damage output. They can perform powerful sweeping attacks and provide temporary protection when blocking
Utility Items:
Medical Kits: Medical Kits come in different versions (MK1, MK2, MK3) and are used for healing the player's character during gameplay.
Repair Kits: Repair Kits (RK1, RK2, RK3) are used for repairing damaged equipment during battles.
Grenades: There are three types of grenades - Fragmentation, Smoke, and Flashbang. Grenades explode after a short time when thrown and can be used tactically to control the battlefield.
Enchants:
Enchants are special items that can be equipped in specific slots (ninth or tenth) in the Equipment menu.
They provide various elemental blessings: Fire (Canopus), Poison (Giston), Lightning (Winscar), and Ice (Enia), affecting combat mechanics.
Rings:
Rings can be equipped in the eleventh or twelfth slot in the Equipment menu, adding stats to the player, such as armor.
Some rings even increase the character's maximum weight capacity, allowing for the carrying of heavier equipment.
Characteristics of Equipment:
Exclusive Slot: Each character has 12 equipment slots, with specific items designed for particular slots, ensuring compatibility and preventing inappropriate equipment placement.
Gender Restriction: Certain equipment, especially armor, may be exclusively designed for either male or female characters, restricting their use to the appropriate gender.
Level Restriction: Some items have level restrictions, allowing only characters of a certain level or higher to equip them, preventing lower-level characters from using high-level equipment.
Weight: All items have weight values, with characters having a maximum weight limit of 100wt. Exceeding this limit is not allowed, necessitating efficient equipment weight management.
Special Effects: Many items offer special capabilities that enhance a character's performance:
HP: Increases maximum Health Points (HP).
AP: Increases Armor Points (AP).
MAX WT.: Increases the maximum weight capacity.
Elemental effects like Fire, Poison, Lightning, and Ice with various combat effects.
