Launcher issues

After installing GUNZ and running the launcher, you may encounter the following, or similar error:

• To resolve this issue, start with locating your GUNZ Folder, usually found in: C:\Program Files (x86)\GG\GUNZ

• Right-click the folder called "patch" and delete it. Repeat the same step with "config.xml" and "gunz.exe". (see below)

  
• Proceed to run your GUNZ Launcher as administrator. The launcher will attempt to re-download the missing/broken files.

If the launcher is not able to re-download the missing/broken files, you will have to manually re-download the game.
